I had a brief phone screening initially. Then I was called in for an interview, what felt like a month later. I'd almost forgotten that they were screening. Then I came in for the interview, I wasn't made aware that it'd be two interviewers which is fine, but would have been nice to know. I then was asked back for another interview, which was pretty much the supervisor at the site drilling me about clinical situations, making sure that I am a good fit for the agency. After that I was offered a job.

I was scheduled an interview with the CEO. He was not aware of our meeting and was surprised to see me. However we were both on the email thread that had the date and time of the interview. Upon meeting him I was asked to email my CV to him while I was sitting in his office. He proceeded to print it out and go through it for the first time in front of me. Minimal conversation / discussion about the initial position I had applied for. After 10 mins he wanted me to go to a different clinic. Specifically a clinic he thought I would be a good fit for. It was not a good fit for multiple reasons (I work with adults, I don’t work in school settings etc). It was unprofessional and a waste of my time.
