First experience of a process where the Talent person is just pushing emails around (though they did make some phone calls)
Long delays around the process - we're talking weeks between stages.
Poor comms around the interview itself - 20 mins was suggested (and I quizzed that) actually it's 40 odd minutes with a load of competency questions.
And 6 weeks on, yet to hear the feedback from anyone. Terrible experience
