Had a great phone interview with Danielle. One of the best interviews I have every had! I actually didn't even feel like I was in an interview, but chatting with a friend passionate about the same things I was. A few days later, I met with assistant Manager John at the Toco Hills. location. He too was the same caliber - great guy and easy to talk with. I see now why Pikes does so well - great product and great people! FYI I had to temporarily decline due to another job that came through which is expected to last a few months. After which, it is my hope to reapply and work with Pikes long term.

The interview was cordial and informative. The interviewers are friendly and informative. You’re asked questions, given a tour, then you’re quizzed on your horticultural knowledge. Onboarding hours are compensated. All new hires start part-time/seasonal, whether you’re hired on Full-time is based on work ethic.
