Approached on LinkedIn and went through 2 rounds after that. It was straightforward and easy. Overall an okay experience but the recruiter from the company isn’t too reliable. I got the job anyways.

It was super laid back. They had me meet with 3 managers and asked the same number of questions (tell us about yourself, where you see yourself in 2, 5, 10 years, what can you bring to pierry, and why you want to work here) + a brief overview of your resume. They ultimately want to see how you are as a person and if you will the start up culture.
