Completed Two Zoom interviews. First with the Network Manager and the Sr. System Administrator. Interview lasted an hour and went well and felt like a good fit. 4 hours after the first interview I was asked to join a second interview with the IT Director. This interview went ok (lasted only 30min) but had some poor communication on my part. Was told I would heard news between myself and another applicant at the end of the week. End of the week turned to Tuesday from the recruiter Jobot. On Wednesday I reached out to the interviewers and was told the other applicant was offered the position due to better experience. They had not reached out to me yet until his background check cleared then I could be chosen as backup. That did not feel that great… but oh well!
