Normal interview, got to second over the phone interview, where I was told that DM will be in contact. Did not hear back, had to chase for several weeks via email and phone calls. At this level you think companies and their representatives would have the professionalism to at least give you a call that you didn't get the job. If they are this unprofessional with their prospective candidates, how are they with they employees.
