Quick one on one interview with the branch manager with a larger English portion than French. Went through role play scenarios playing out the customer and sales associate responses. They also questioned me about my past employment and how has it given me any tools to better deal with customers.

What steps would you take to ensure the customer has a great experience from the minute they walk into the door until the moment they exit?

It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
