I had received an email from the source Indeed.com from the store manager herself saying they are hiring and would like for me to apply. I applied and set up an interview righty away.

Tell me about yourself? What are your further goals? Availability? What sales/customer service experience do you have?
The second part of the interview I had to demonstrate customer service by acting a scenario and trying to sell a certain item.

It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
