J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Pier 1 Imports (San Diego, CA) en nov. 2015
Entretien
I applied on line. There was a "test" that took about an hour or so to complete. I received a call and the manager asked me to come in for an interview.
She asked me what I felt I could contribute to the Brand of Pier 1. After the one on one interview in the office she took me on the sales floor and roll-played with me. She was the "customer"and asked me to sell her some dishes. She was looking to see if I suggested other items to build the sale. She also wanted to see if I asked "tell me" questions to more fully understand the needs of the "customer". The roll-play lasted for 4-5 min.

J'ai passé un entretien chez Pier 1 Imports (Fort Collins, CO)
Entretien
It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
