Arrive to the training center early. First you take a 50 question written test that is based on the ATP written exam. The test is graded as you turn them in and if you are allowed to move onto the next section of the interview you passed the written. Then they take you one at a time to the sim. You shoot a full approach in the sim from takeoff to touchdown. After you pass the sim you go onto the interview panel with the director of training and an HR rep.

Great experience! Great company great people. Interview was smooth but when they give you a start time that the group start time for a brief PP presentation and then the interviews start after that so you may be there longer than you initially thought.
