The process was overly long, with long gaps in between rounds. There were five rounds in total, and a study was required. When I reached the final interview stage, the senior leader was disinterested and had no questions for me, but offered to answer questions I had. I realized in that moment I didn't land the role... which if this was known before the meeting, then it shouldn't have been scheduled. My impression was I was only put through to compare and contrast against someone else. If a company is going to waste people's time in this way, they should at least make sure the last interviewer pretends to care.
