3 interviews with various levels of management. In the frist phone interview they concentrated on my experience and career path. The second interview was video conferance call with several managers and they focused on the company culture, history, progression and their future goals and objectives. The third interview was on location with their management team concentrating on my experience and what i would bring to the team.
