Group interview - found it hard to stand out unfortunately, but fun activities - like sales pitches or problem solving tasks - and met lovely peers I can now call friends.

Applied online, and received an invite to an in person interview. The interview process was done pretty quickly. Asked a couple of questions on availability. The interview questions asked are the basic and most common interview questions.

Was very casual but fairly professional sitting in the staff room with two members of staff who just asked me a few questions about my experience in the cinema business and interests
