Take Home Exercise and Panel Presentation/Interview (1 hour) For the take home exercise, I was asked to pick a study that aligned with Picnic's strategy and develop a project plan via PPT (5 -10 slides) based on my selected study. I then presented that slide deck to 6 team members (including the hiring manager) and answered questions about my presentation as well as general interview questions 5.
