The interview process was thoughtful and well-structured. It started with a great conversation with the recruiter, followed by an engaging discussion with the hiring manager. I then had the chance to deliver a group presentation, meet with the group product head, and connect with the wider team. The process wrapped up with HR managing the offer and negotiation stage.
Each step gave me a deeper understanding of the role, the company, and the people I’d be working with. It never felt rushed, and there was a genuine sense that they wanted to get to know me as much as I wanted to learn about them. Special kudos to the recruiter, who kept me informed at every stage, answered my questions quickly, and made the whole journey feel clear and well-supported.

1 case study
Basically the same inteview happened 4-5 times with different members of the company. Met with Directors of Product and Engineering, VP of product and a different team member for cultural fit. After completing all of the steps with positive feedback from the recruiter, they said that "they were looking for someone with more b2b enterprise experience". This could've been decided after the first interview instead of after 4 weeks of interviews.
