The whole process of setting up the interview was out of control. I passed the first round via Skype, then I was contacted by HR who notified me about the next interview with one of the managers. She said it will be a phone interview however on the day of interview, the interviewer requested that we get on Skype as she decided to interview me over Skype. She asked that I turn the camera on, but never bothered to turn on her own camera. The interview was supposed to be two-way communication which never happened. I thought it was very strange and unprofessional.
