Interview process included 4-5 steps including a 'small task' and a larger task which was to create a strategy for their new product. I did not apply for the job, they reached out to me several times and knowing I have experience in different industries, still expected I will give them a comprehensive go to market plan which should be paid work.

Multiple stages, including a task, and an in-person day of interviews at the Paris HQ. One of the most intense interview processes I've encountered, and unfortunately the team didn't seem joined up in their thinking which made it feel more intense than the number of rounds.
