Most questions were related to what if scenarios and how to delegate responsibility. Some questions about de-escalation. My interview was via zoom; however, it is not uncommon for interviews to be in person.

Talk to a recruiter for first interview (30 mins), then if the recruiter thinks you are a match for the store/team you are applying for then you get an email inviting you to a second interview with the store leader (gm) and if you score high then you will get the job offer.

Tell us about a time you had a conflict with someone at work and how did you navigate that?
The whole process was pretty straight forward. I was an internal hire, so I had an interview with the area lead over zoom. The whole process from application to offer took about 2 weeks if I remember correctly.
