Entretien
Phone interview then panel interview with HR and Hiring Manager. It starts out with a phone interview and once you passed that, you get invited for a face-to-face. Once you get to a face-to-face, the panel will have a set of questions. The interview usually takes about 1 to 2 hours

3 rounds involving one phone interview and two in person interviews - easy and very comfortable. I was a university hire so the initial networking events and first round interviews were conducted at my university. Each interview consisted of two interviewers and was conversational.
