I applied through LinkedIn and the very next day, was contacted by the recruiter. I wasn't expecting such quick response. Was contacted again by another offshore recruiter a day after and first interview was fixed with the Regional director. A couple of days later, another interview was fixed with another gentleman and then the last one with an offshore senior person. Unfortunately, I could only make it to the third round but was thoroughly impressed with how prompt the HR department was and humble and respectful these senior, knowledgeable interviewers were, it speaks a lot about the culture of Philips.
