Very efficient and transparent process: interview with a Talent Acquisition partner then with the hiring manager. Questions were focusing on skills and experience, with lots of details provided about the company (the role was in domestic appliances which won't be a part of Philips very soon), the role and the expectations. Clarity around seniority of the role, package to expect. Got a call back from the HR / TA person to clarify why they had decided to go with a different candidate, which is rare enough to be highlighted. Overall really good experience.
I sent in the application and successfully passed the initial screening process. After that stage was completed, they asked me to complete a HireVue interview along with an additional assessment as part of the next steps.
Okay, the HireVue interview was interesting. Consisted of 4 questions about competencies and skills. There were questions about handling feedback, what you would do in certain situations etc. The games included numerosity and shapedance.

Tell us about a time you received feedback from your teammates; how did you react?
It was ok, just the regular questions one would expect. I didn’t go through the philips system though, i worked at one of the companies philips bought later on. Not much to say about it really
