J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Philips (Eindhoven) en oct. 2020
Entretien
The interview process took a very long time. 1st call: HR calling you to make an appointment. 2nd call: HR calling you for the interview. 3rd call: feedback and whether you're through to the next round. 4rd call: Making a new appointment 5th call: interview with someone from the business. 6th call: feedback again (last call, rejection). The interviewing process with the person from the business was quite a mess, questions were not asked until the last few minutes, many steps for 'just' an internship. Think twice before applying. Quite an awful experience from that part, if I am allowed to say that. They look for EXACTLY the person with the skills described in the vacancy, thus, do not expect growth. The HR was good and professional, but they are not the ones who decide who get the job. The 5th call is pretty much the only thing that matters.
