Entretien
I was in the process of the management traineeship recruiting procedure. After CV filtering, I have passed the first round of IQtest (SHL test mainly numerical and logic reasoning, you can practice online). Afterwards was the interview with the HR. Questions like give a situation where you can persuade other people, give an example that you can handle conflict are expected. Please do prepare with an STAR approach. Eventually the HR reached me for reference inquiry- I was doing an internship there, to offer me the next round of interview.

Nach Eingang der Bewerbung wurde ich zu einem gamifizierten Assessment und einem virtuelles Interview eingeladen, bei dem ich Videos von mir aufgenommen habe. Im Anschluss hat ein Interview mit der HR Abteilung stattgefunden.

Split in groups of 3-4 people, asked to come up with business ideas
Very friendly, positive atmosphere, 3 steps including hr and line manager interview, assessment. For preparation process it's better to read all recent news as well as investor reports and prepare intro speech. Compared to other companies, the interview process was rather easy
