Initial Interview: The recruiter asks typical questions at first (describe your background, why do you want this job, etc). Then, they do an on the spot activity where you have to identify factors that potentially raise/decrease the company's revenue (think supply and demand concepts in economics). It wasn't that difficult but it can catch you off guard since they don't mention it beforehand either.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Philippine Air

Overall process was okay, not too difficult but you do have to prepare a bit; read up on revenue management and be prepared to answer questions about it. Application had four stages: HR interview, online assessment, panel interview, and then final interview (this one was onsite). However, I found the recruiter a bit unprofessional since I was ghosted after the final interview even though I followed up two times. I just think reaching out regardless of their decision should be a courtesy considering I took a day off from my current job to attend the onsite interview. From my understanding, they were considering multiple candidates up until the final stage so I'm assuming those who weren't hired got the same treatment.
