Long and protracted....process started in May, concluded with me joining firm in October; recruiter was Jerry Carlson (CEO at time) brother-in-law and this relationship was not disclosed; Dean Warras (Prince Subsidiary President at time) at last moment withdrew the signing bonus (after I had left my former employer and no longer had negotiating leverage to keep it in place)
