I applied for the position, and was contacted by the Director of Member Services for a phone interview about a week later. I had a phone interview, and then was asked to come in to the Headquarters for an interview with the Executive Director. The question were about my major, and my previous experience with the organization. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
