Entretien pour Human Resources Business Partner HRBP

      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Pharmavite LLC (Los Angeles, CA) en juil. 2020

      Entretien

The person who interviewed me was nice but lacked enthusiasm. The interviewer asked a lot of situational questions and told me that they would get back to me in a week. After 14 days I followed up to see if I was still being considered for the position, and I didn't here back from the recruiter. Ghosting candidates is so rude and unprofessional. A simple reply that the company is no longer considering me is simple.

Unnecessarily long process. Phone screen with recruiter, then nothing for 2 weeks. Phone screen with hiring manager, then nothing for 2 weeks. Had to continually follow up with recruiter for status and feedback and even told her that I potentially had another offer, so please let me know if I was still being considered or not. I was told that I was. The final interview was over 2 days with 6 different people including the hiring manager again, who actually sounded like he was trying to talk me out of the job. I was finally told I was not chosen, but that I would have been if the first choice declined. Seriously? When I asked for feedback as to why, the recruiter was clearly annoyed and said the other csndidate just did better. Her assistatnt who also felt the need to email me needs to work on her emotional intelligence because you dont send a rejection email after a 2.5 month interview process and end it with "have a beautiful rest of your week". Upon seeing who did get the job I understand why. While a Masters was not required, they went with someone who not only had her Masters, but is 20 years younger than me. Ageism is alive and well at this company. Their interview process needs to be overhauled as its long and exhausting and insulting in the end. I will never apply to this company again. Read the other reviews. There are two others for the same role just like my review and the response just tries to justify their bad behavior.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Very behavior based questions such as describe a time you had to deal with a difficult and upset manager.
