Received interview invitation email a couple of weeks after the online corporate portal application, to be honest, this was very fast. The first interview was a virtual call with future team mates and leaders across EMEA. Straight up hands in the job interview, how I approach, plan and manage projects and issues. Second interview was scheduled around 3 weeks later with cluster General Manager. This was mainly business acumen, Product knowledge, what innovative ideas I would bring to help drive the business value, product brand portfolio and strategy across the region. Highly engaging conversation which I did enjoy. Got an email from my recruiting Manager with the proposal, did a bit of negotiation to get what I wanted asper the wages, acceptation email received, followed by a call congratulation me on the position plus provisional employment letter which I signed of and received a completely singed copy of both myself and the regional GM. HR kicks in normal questions for onboarding planned out started job. Was a great journey.
