The interview process is very structured. The questions are the Values of Courage: Think Big, Speak UP and Be Decisive. Excellence: Focus on what Matters, Agree who does what and Measure outcomes. Equity: Be inclusive, Act with integrity and Reduce healthcare disparities. Joy: Take pride, Recognize one another and have fun.

Be prepared to go into detail about your experience and your abilities. You have to be be ready to give a quick response. If you don't know the answer to a question, don't shoot from the hip. Always be closing during the interview as they will be using your ability to sell yourself as an potential example of how you would sell a physician your product. Make sure to close at the end. If you don't, you will not move on to the next phase of interviewing.

Entretien
First step was a recruiting interview with the ARM, followed by a phone screen, then a face to face interview with the DM. The last step was a face to face with the regional manager.
