Networking helps immensely in order to get a referral to the company which makes the process easier. There are as few as 3 interviews: Phone screen, Face-Face with District Manager, Face-Face with Regional Manager. Sometimes there are a few more interviews with several managers. Always be prepared. Research the hiring manager, the company, the drugs, the territory. Try to talk to other people in the area to understand the hiring managers "hot buttons".
