a few questions very intense eye contact. However I believed my interview went very well however I didn't get an offer. I believe they are looking for a employee with lots of experience in customer service so highlight that and keep brining it up through the interveiw.

First, all of the interviewees were in a room together with the manager. We talked about the company, animal care and what type of things we would be doing daily. Then, you have a one to one after we’re they just ask about your documents and availability.

Ask why u want to apply for the company, what skills u can bring to the table eg. customer service. Have to be passionate about animals
