Very basic, easy questions, phone screening and then an in-office interview was scheduled for the following day. Interview was with hiring manager, and a supervisor. Discussed work history and what "customer service means to you." Asked about multi-tasking skills, cross-selling other products and if you were comfortable working in a call-center like environment.

starts with a phone call to set up a time and date for interview. once you meet with a manager you are informed of duties and what is exected of you and the hours you will work. you then take a drug test

simple interview process- took two weeks for background check to fully clear before begining work. began training 2 weeks after hire- went through 2 weeks of training then put on the phones.
Ver long as you meet with multiple individuals which was helpful because you meet the people in charge and you get a great understanding of the expectations and requirements that the initial description gives you
