It started off as an all day group interview which included various challenges including individual and ones as a team. Throughout the day names would be called and that would mean you’re eliminated which made it very intense. I was amazed when I made it to the last round which we were then told we would find out the next day if we would be offered a position and they would let us know either way. Days had gone by and I still never heard anything, after almost a week I decided to email them which they then responded saying I hadn’t been successful but they had another role in mind and asked me to send over my CV. This once again took a while but after a second interview for that position I got that job. The interview process overall took around a month.
