I have never been ghosted like this by any company. I passed the HR, Engineering Manager, Live Coding, and System Design interviews, and received feedback ONLY AFTER 4 WEEKS! The recruiters wrote to me to schedule a chat and then just disappeared. It's not only unprofessional but also caused me such frustration that I can't describe. After 4 weeks, I received feedback saying, 'Not clear communication.' I don't recommend interviewing with this company because they ghost candidates, don't respect people's time, and behave very unprofessionally. Shame on you, recruitment department of Pearson. However, I did appreciate the tech people with whom I had interviews.

The interview process was smooth and nice. Since the beginning of the process recruiter was kind and very professional. Her help was invaluable - the person provided all the guidance, recommendations, and organization was on a very high level. The interviewers were also great people, with kind and polite conversations. The challenges there were interesting to solve.
