A 5 out of 5 recruitment process 🙌🏼
The recruitment process with Personio is probably one of the best that I have experienced before.
The overall communication with the recruiter assigned to my process was great, she took care of every stage of process, giving me detailed feedback and helping me to get ready for every interview.
The process consists on 4 stages: a recruitment call, a portfolio walkthrough, manager interview, and a last round of interviews with peers and the CPO. You can also expect to have some follow ups with your recruiter between stages to get feedback and understand the goal of the next step.
Overall, all the people involved in the process is pretty open and transparent, and I believe it’s pretty cool to have the chance to interact with people from other departments to get to know their perspective of the company as well.
I had an initial screening + 4 other interviews, mostly behavioral ones but also a case study presentation. The entire process was very smooth and the people i spoke to was extremely kind and transparent regarding the company's opportunities and current challenges. I was very happy to accept the offer.

Question 1
Tell me about the project that you did that has the most quality
I had a call with an HR who gave me a brief about the position and the company and then after a week they scheduled my round with 2 designers. The interview was suppose to be 45 mins long. The round was divided into 3 categories - 5-10 minutes introduction, 25 minutes conversation to show 1 or 2 projects (including follow-up questions from our designers), 5-10 minutes Q&A - your time to ask questions).
Everything went really well. The interviewers were great and I had a great interaction with them as well. But a week later, I received a mail from HR mentioning that Following the interview and after discussing current team needs and business requirements, we have decided not to move forward with the hiring process at this point in time. I didn't get the proper review of what went wrong.
I really hope if they could provide a detailed feedback so someone can work on it and went across next time.
