Mehrere Stufen, basierend auch Erklärung der Rolle, einem Mock Call, und Feedback dazu. Nach drei Runden kam ich nicht weiter, aufgrund fehlender Akzeptanz von Feedback (ich hatte dieses in einem speziellen Fall in Frage gestellt)

The interview process was quite fast and very smooth with all of its many interviews. Communication was clear and I felt supported and valued from the very beginning of the process. There was clear instructions and tips for each interview, which made it feel safe and gave a chance to prepare and know a little bit of what to expect. All the interviewers were very professional as well as kind and friendly.

I had 3 interviews, all of them made with professionality, speed and respect. During the second one i did a roleplay, and in the last one i met 3 different people, but in general was really well made and fast. After 1 week maximum you can expect a feedback.
