The process consists of several stages, the first one was a half an hour zoom screening with an HR partner, then followed by a 1hr interview with an Engineering Manager and after that they gave me a Management case to prepare so that I could later discuss with the CTO of the company.

The entire experience was completely unprofessional and an absolute waste of time. Over the course of two months, I had to go through a lengthy process that consisted of four different stages. Despite investing significant time and effort, I was rejected twice, further highlighting the inefficiency and disorganization of the process. It not only delayed my progress but also created unnecessary frustration and disappointment.
