The whole process, from applying to getting an offer took 5 weeks. Recruitment was super helpful, transparent and quick in replying. From the start, they shared what the steps would look like, which had one additional step to the 'default' hiring process shown on the jobs website of Personio. First, a call with the recruiter asking questions about my job experience and personality. Second, a meeting with the hiring manager, a bit more in-depth about my experience, skills and work history. The third meeting, with the hiring manager and manager from another team for a mock call and presenting a 30-60-90 Day Plan. The fourth meeting was with the Site Lead of the office I would be joining. A very informal chat about role-related work experiences, hobbies and other interests. The fifth meeting was with two of my peers, focused on the feedback culture in Personio and an opportunity to ask questions about the day to day job. Sixth and last interview was a chat with the CEO, very pleasant and focused on role-related knowledge. In between all these video meetings I had great communication with my recruiter and a quick followup after each interview.

Die Interaktion mit dem Unternehmen war insgesamt sehr positiv. Trotz der Größe des Unternehmens war der gesamte Prozess äußerst strukturiert, professionell und gut organisiert. Die Ansprechpartner waren jederzeit freundlich, offen und transparent, was einen sehr angenehmen Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Inhaltlich waren die Gespräche spannend und aufschlussreich, und ich konnte mir ein gutes Bild von den Aufgaben und den Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten machen. Letztlich habe ich mich jedoch bewusst dazu entschieden, den Prozess abzubrechen, da ich aktuell den Fokus auf kleinere, dynamischere Strukturen legen möchte und den Einstieg in ein Start-up bevorzuge
