The application itself was so exhaustingly long. Almost zero questions about my skills, mostly geography questions that one HAS to Google. It's like they're only checking your googling skills. My application was accepted and now I have to go through so many long and boring processes before I get to the actual tasks,

first prepare for exam and then give exam on tryrating ,so exam modules and tryrating rating the survey is difficult so i have fail in it so tryarting exam survey are difficult

Entretien
The interview process is simple. First, you’ll have a short chat where you’ll be asked a few basic questions about geography. If you pass that part, you'll receive a set of guidelines to study.
After that, there’s a 40-question exam based on the guidelines. You need to pass this exam before you can start working.

They asked a question about the guidelines they provided, just to make sure I understood them.
Test technique d’aptitudes, quizz de culture générale et questionnaire personnel. Le processus est ludique mais très facile d’accès. L’application est par contre très fluide est l’UX est bonne. Les réponses ont l’air d’être automatisées sur le site.
