Multiple levels - with them doing most of the talking. Be ready to hear how great RES the company is from the owner. In an 1 hour interview he goes about this subject for 40 minutes. With the Director of Sales - not only did he tell me about the 10 points to Sales, but then went into detail about it. He took over 2 hours. You don't need to talk just be ready to spend time and listen.

Can you sell. Better be willing to listen how great the Tribe is.
Short, disruptive and all over the place. I'm not really sure they know what they are doing. Kinda chaotic. I decided to take the offer from another waterproofing company. There are lots of options, do your research and choose wisely.
