It was a little lengthy a process.
I applied online, they responded quite quick and asked for an interview.
It was a two phase interview and engaging. They were easy and very friendly, the interview went for more than an hour. They were quite impressed with my design works and I think they look for diverse experience in design. Architecture+Graphics is a must in BE team.

Entretien
Applied through the company's website and got contacted HR in a few days. The interview was processed with the HR coordinator, senior designer, and project manager.
The interview process was smooth, but I had to wait longer than I expected to get back the result. So I had to keep sending emails to the HR coordinator, to check in.

Entretien
Short and concise, asked about my past experiences at companies, not so much about hopes or aspirations as a designer. Had no leads when applying to company. Haven't heard back yet but ended well
