There's many interview stages, each one similar but goes deeper into details about you. Interviewers are nice and easy going. You start with HR, then team leader and then Vice President of customer care. It allows you to know a lot about the company as well as them knowing about you.

It was with human resource first who asked me about my job experience and how relates to the job now. Had a simple assessment beforehand. Finally had interview with hiring manager and role play

The interview process had several phases: 1) zoom call with Talent Acquisition, 2) written test, 3) zoom call with Customer Care Team Lead, and 4) in-person interview with Talent Acquisition + in-person interview with a member of the Leadership Team.

They obviously want to make sure that you fit with the position you will applied for, so they will ask you about your previous experience, how you dealt with different situations, why do you like this specific position. It is also very important to be a cultural fit for the company: the way you are as a person and professional needs to match the company values.
