      J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Performance Labs (Singapour)

      I did a phone interview with this interviewer and she was very rude. She asked me if I had read up about the company. My answer was brief and not into detailed. As soon as she heard my answer, she was very unhappy and mentioned that why didn't I go into details. She even said I was not prepared for the interview and mentioned that it was a waste of her time. Interviewer should not judge the candidate based on just one question! It is very unfair to the candidate, she did not even ask me about my job details or skills and decided to end the interview. Phone interview was carried out only less than 3 minutes. I wonder how this company accessed this interviewer. It is a turn off and I won't recommend anyone to even join this company.

      J'ai passé un entretien chez Performance Labs (Singapour)

      Had a phone interview with this very rude interviewer. Was asked what I knew about the company and I gave my reply (limited knowledge). The interviewer Immediately SHOT me down as she was not satisfied with my answer. No chance was given and the phone interview ended abruptly exclaiming that it was such a waste of her time. Such an employee gives a foul impression of the company and their employees professionalism. Would never recommend any one to have any dealings with this company. The interviewer also overlooked the phone interview time and I had to call her instead. Not only is she rude but has absolutely ZERO time management. The interviewer is a bad representation of the company. It discourages people from wanting to join the company. In addition, she judges the candidate based on one question thinking that the candidate is unworthy of her time. The company should access their employees better before hiring such staff.
