Phone Interview first then a formal interview in office where you get a hands-on experience on the position. Coffee also offered and took a tour of the facility. Overall it was a decent interview process.

Entretien
I applied for the job but did not hear back from them at all until like a month later, when I already accepted another job. I accepted the position because it was closer to home and paid more money than my job that I had.
