I applied for the order selector position on July 10, 2025 and was thrilled when I received an interview scheduled for July 14th at 1:30pm. However, when the recruiter never called at the scheduled time, I tried to follow up through email but never received a response. To my surprise, the recruiter unexpectedly called on July 16th at 11:40am, but unfortunately, I missed the call. I called back immediately, but she didn't answer. I sent another email follow-up but still did not receive a response. I even tried to reapply, only to receive an automatic rejection letter. I am extremely disappointed because not only was my time and convenience not taken into consideration, but I also didn't get a fair chance with the interview process. I am unsure if I will have another opportunity for employment with the company because of someone else's actions. It's frustrating to put in your best effort and still end up in a difficult situation due to someone else's mistakes.

No eye contact during interview. Business ethics is poor. Didn’t not receive an offer due to my participation of the religious holiday of Ramadan a thirty day fast of the Islamic community.
