If your an Instructional Designer, you’ve seen their ads blasted everywhere. 1099! Work from anywhere! High salary! Too good to be true, right? Right! The interview went very well and seemed promising. Afterwards, only to find out they currently have no available work, but will get back to me. That’s fine, but, I personally know 4 other IDs that were given the same line. After a year, still no work is available. Best I can tell is they are a collector of ID contractors. They have a strong bench, to maybe one day choose from, but don’t actually follow through with work for the vast majority of people. Huge, epic waste of time. Don’t even bother! Shocked they still have ads everywhere and zero work available.

I interviewed with the director of creative services, followed by an interview with the CEO for approval. I lived out of the area so the interviews were conducted via Skype and phone calls. I expected a more detailed interview process - maybe a more functional interview but I had submitted a very detailed and thorough portfolio with client feedback so it's possible that each interview is different.
