I withdrew from the process because I never got an answer. I asked the recruiter and he never answered me, when I told him I was not moving forward, he never answered me.

Entretien
There is no separate waiting room for interviewers. We are requested to wait in their meeting/call room. Perficient employees are asked to move us here & there because they have important meetings.
During interview many times interview got interrupted due to multiple calls received by interviewer & he is picking up all the calls which he gets which is unprofessional!!!
After that for 2nd round interview they asked me to wait for 1.5hrs and at last they told me they will let me know the decision.
I want to suggest make sure you are well aware of your process.
Be Straight forward in communication!!!

one hour interview with HR then one hour interview with director.
on site interview with local management followed
All completed within 2 weeks. Prompt feedback and communication throughout entire process.
