Very fast process. Phone screen followed by an on-site. The phone screen is a typical, HR-type, personality assessment. The on-site day consisted of three separate interviews, two of which were technical and one of which was another "company culture" interview. Everyone I dealt with was a delight.
Touch interview questions ranging from technical to subject matter details. Domain knowledge is the key along with specific details. Its best to think through before answering. Prepare with special attention to articulating the conversation.
