J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Percona (New York, NY) en avr. 2017
Entretien
The company requires that all interaction be via Skype, I had two great phone interviews, and the company even initiated a discussion on salary/benefits. I then had a third phone interview which was really odd. The interviewer was shocked that I would assume I would interact with customers in an account manager role. This person also was adamant that I call other people in the company to ask about her to see if I would like working for her. Oddly, immediately after our call and her suggestion, I received a canned email from a third party that my skills did not align with the job and they were not interested in me.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Percona (Vancouver, BC) en mai 2015

Started with a casual call with the VP of sales to gauge an initial fit. After agreeing that there was a fit after the initial call there were a few calls with other people on the Sales team to get their thoughts/feedback.
Next step was calls with the following:
EVP sales/marketing - call was very comfortable and focused on my strategy in sales as well as his vision for the team company.
VP Products/Services - this call was to get a feel for what the overall product/service plan was for the company so that we could see how my plan would align.
CEO - A very refreshing call with Peter. It is clear talking with Peter that he wants his company to be the "good guys" in this space and expects that all employees of Percona ensure that customers are put first in the right way. Ended this call feeling even better about the prospects of joining this team.

Question 1
Q: How I would approach the space - being in it for a while this was a softball
really all of the interview calls were much more of discussions over questions. To me this showed how they value someone on the team as a contributor not just a worker bee.
