4. Phone interview with hiring mgr led to in-person interview two days later.

I received a call to review my resume posted online, and to set up an interview. Within a few days, I received a phone interview and impressed the interviewer enough to skip straight to an offer asap. Within a week, I filled out some paperwork to ensure my eligibility, then I was officially given an offer immediately.
